The 340 Sundancer features a cockpit layout that is comfortable for cruising and entertaining. The helm seat is set forward towards the controls, to starboard side and is double wide. Flanked to port by a double-wide companion seat, set back to allow easy access to the helm. There is a storage locker, aft of the helm seat, that has been cushioned as an additional seat. Fully aft is a wide bench seat, providing ample seating for four to five adults (plus plenty of storage below!).
For swimming or docking ease, there is a full walk-through transom door leading to the swim platform.
Weather protection is provided by a convertible top and aft canvas, plus a camper top. The cockpit area has recently been recarpeted. All seat vinyls will be found in excellent condition.

Enter the Sundancer cabin via folding doors on the portside of the forward cockpit. The staircase delivers you to a spacious dinette and galley area. Booth-style dinette, with capability to fold open to sleep two, sits to port. To starboard, find a galley smartly designed in a c-shape for easy movement about the cabin.
Fully forward, you will find an oversize queen berth, with four deep drawers below, a hanging locker, nightstand and additional storage. A TV/VCR has been flush-mounted for viewing comfort from the berth. Privacy is provided by a full length drape. There is a screened hatch, with exterior privacy shade, overhead for natural ventilation (plus an additional hatch above the galley/dinette area).
Returning aft, you will find the head compartment, to the rear of the galley, starboard side. A centerline entry into a roomy mid-cabin completes this convenient floorplan. The mid-cabin includes privacy curtain and changing area, screened port, sideboard mirror and separate air/fan control.
This layout will sleep a total of six.

Tracy has sailed for over 30 years. As a former winner at Youngstown Level Regatta, he met Don Finkle and built a relationship that lead to his position at RCR. In addition to sailing, Tracy has a USCG Master’s Captain’s License. He considers himself lucky to have turned my avocation into his vocation. Sharing his knowledge and love for sailing and boating in general with both experienced boaters and those new to the sport has given him great pleasure and added new friendships to his life. As a founding member of Sail Erie helped shape the group of sailors with common interests focused on cruising and educational activities in the Greater Erie area. Tracy joined RCR Yachts in late 2001 and helped open RCR Erie in the spring of 2002. Since then he has enjoyed building our Erie office as a successful part of Erie and our regions boating community. Hundreds of boats, both power and sail have been sold from this office and their owners have joined the RCR Family of owners. We continue to focus our efforts to making the buying and boating experience a good one for our customers.
