"Valhalla", a nicely maintained Nova Marine 42 Sundeck, is a solid long-distance cruiser with a low center of gravity for a stable, comfortable ride. Wide side decks and high railings for comfort and safety underway. Plenty of space for her 2015 West Marine 10’ tender and 5hp Nissan outboard. Starboard mounted crane makes launch & retrieval easy.

Moving aft along her wide side decks and up to her covered sundeck that features tasteful furniture for lounging and entertaining. Canvas skirting provides privacy. A S/S boarding ladder with newly varnished steps provides access to the swim platform and water.

Entering the salon from the port side of the aft sundeck down. The hatch has been customized to give some extra headroom.
You will notice the teak wood work and teak flooring in a beautiful herringbone pattern throughout the salon space. The large salon windows provide natural light. Mini blinds provide privacy. Forward is a bar counter space with 2 stools. Along the port shelf is a hidden bottle holder. To Starboard is the lower helm station. Aft to starboard is a large “L” shaped dinette with table that features 2 drop leaves.
Forward and down three steps is the galley. The roomy galley has lots of counter space for cooking and ample storage for long range cruising. The galley has a full size Norcold refrigerator/freezer, Princess cooktop/oven and Goldstar microwave. A large double S/S sink and single-lever faucet speed up clean-up and prep.
Forward of the galley is the guest state room. It features a queen-sized centerline Island berth, an en-suite head & shower. There is lots of storage & hanging space. This cabin has plenty of light and ventilation with many opening portlights and escape hatch.
Moving aft from the salon down three steps is the master stateroom with a centerline queen berth, en-suite head with separate shower/tub. This cabin has ample storage, vanity and couch. Plenty of light and ventilation with seven opening port lights.
4 east steps between the S/S railings to the spacious bridge. Great visibility all around. Helm is forward to center with its swivel Captains chair behind. Canvas surrounds with 3-panel roll-up forward windshield and roll-up side curtains. Long settees port and starboard with storage underneath. Just aft of the port settee is a convenient ice box. The aft seat houses a large cooler and clever back can be positioned for forward or aft facing seating.

Tracy joined RCR Yachts in late 2001 and helped open RCR Erie in the spring of 2002. Since then he has enjoyed building our Erie office as a successful part of Erie and our regions boating community. Hundreds of boats, both power and sail have been sold from this office and their owners have joined the RCR Family of owners.
