Don Finkle is our CEO and has been with RCR for over 50 years, since our inception in 1972. An active sailor since the age of 9, he sailed and raced all over North America. He has served on numerous industry boards and has held advisory positions with a number of boat manufacturers. Don has long been involved in the promotion and management of sailing events and has held many volunteer positions in boating organizations at various levels.  When time allows, he enjoys sailing RCR's new J/9 or daysailing on our demo Beneteau Oceanis 38.1 with his wife, kids and many grandchildren out of the Youngstown Yacht Club.
