Below the Catalina 34 is designed with a modern aft cabin arrangement, maximizing space and affording a high degree of privacy. The main salon is warm and rich with teak bulkheads and cabinetry. The comfortable U-shaped settee and 2 position table provide a large dining area. The dining table which can be lowered, forms a double berth. Another settee across from the dinette provides a single berth. The forward cabin is large and airy. Two opening ports and an overhead hatch insure ventilation. It has a double V berth with a removable centerpiece seat. The aft cabin is even larger with a double berth and double seat. Two opening ports and solar powered ventilation provide refreshing comfort. Throughout the entire boat, lighting is designed for low grade ambiance or efficient task illumination. The navigation station is conveniently located with easy access to the electrical panel. The head is well-positioned mid-ship, accessible to the cockpit. It is roomy, well-ventilated and pampers sailor with a shower seat, vanity and sink.
