Broker’s Comments:

“Yachtt” has always been a freshwater vessel and has had only professional maintenance since new. Recently coated with VC17 bottom paint and upgraded with new upholstery throughout, she is equipped with a mainsail handling system that includes a Tides mainsail track, lazy jacks and an electric mainsail winch (so no heavy grinding to raise the main).  There are six winches altogether, including two 1 year old Lewmar EVO #30s, and two #44s located at the cockpit, and two winches on the cabin top. All winches are self-tailing, There is an autopilot for short handed sailing..

When company or family is aboard the cockpit has plenty of space with 2 stern rail seats upgraded with drink holders, a cockpit table, a Lewmar folding wheel at the helm and cockpit cushions for comfort. A dodger and cockpit awning are included. There are custom made companionway doors with screen inserts for plenty of ventilation on overnight stays.

The Yanmar diesel engine has been serviced with new filters and winterized.

A must see for someone looking to move up to a larger family boat with accommodations and features for all. Priced below market value for quick sale.
