Broker’s Comment:
Pennesseewassee has always been a freshwater vessel. Seller is looking for a larger, newer vessel. Surveyed is 2014, owner has corrected recommendations that include securing the batteries, closing the overboard discharge capability, adding smoke and CO alarms, replacing solid core wire with stranded copper, adding marine grade distribution panels, adding GFI outlets and more. Recently new fresh water pump installed.

A traditional layout that can sleep five (5) comfortably. Looking forward there is a V-berth. Directly aft to port there is an enclosed head with a marine commode, vanity, sink, pressure water, and storage. Waste from the commode can be either pumped into a holding tank with deck discharge. To starboard of the head, there is a hanging locker with self and storage compartments. In the main salon to port, there is a fold-down bulkhead table and a U-shaped settee (engine access is under the aft section of this settee). To starboard is a bench settee. Directly aft, there is an L-shaped galley, and to port, there is a quarter berth with navigation station, fold-down table and storage. The interior has a fiberglass liner with bulkheads, cabin sole and trim in teak. There are three (3) opening overhead hatches (Salon hatch is new), one (1) deck prism, and two (2) opening ports. The cockpit is traditional and has teak comings and bench seats port and starboard. The deck is uncluttered with a beautiful teak toe rail running fore and aft. Comings were recently refinished.

Tracy has sailed for over 30 years. As a former winner at Youngstown Level Regatta, he met Don Finkle and built a relationship that lead to his position at RCR. In addition to sailing, Tracy has a USCG Master’s Captain’s License. He considers himself lucky to have turned my avocation into his vocation. Sharing his knowledge and love for sailing and boating in general with both experienced boaters and those new to the sport has given him great pleasure and added new friendships to his life. As a founding member of Sail Erie helped shape the group of sailors with common interests focused on cruising and educational activities in the Greater Erie area. Tracy joined RCR Yachts in late 2001 and helped open RCR Erie in the spring of 2002. Since then he has enjoyed building our Erie office as a successful part of Erie and our regions boating community. Hundreds of boats, both power and sail have been sold from this office and their owners have joined the RCR Family of owners. We continue to focus our efforts to making the buying and boating experience a good one for our customers.
