Time Out is a very well maintained vessel. She has spent most of her life in Erie, PA. Her owner has refit the interior with new carpeting, new upholstery in the V-berth and aft cabin this year. 2 new folding deck chairs for the aft deck. She is comfortable, stylish and a perfect family cruiser.

Accommodations
Sleeps 6 in two staterooms, both with opening hatches and a convertible settee. Two Mansfield heads for and aft. Forward head has a separate stall shower). The V-berth has storage beneath the berth, 2 opening ports in addition to the opening hatch for good ventilation, a hanging locker and a privacy door leading aft. The enclosed head with Mansfield vacu-flush marine toilet, vanity w/sink and storage for toiletries, separate shower is aft to starboard of the V-berth. The aft stateroom has a large single berth to starboard and a bed to port that converts to a double berth with a filler, plenty of storage plus a Mansfield marine toilet, vanity w/sink and storage for toiletries.

Boarding from the swim platform, a ladder to port takes you to the raised aft deck which features plenty of room for entertaining and seating on comfortable deck chairs. Easy access forward with high railings for safety. From the aft deck to starboard you board the bridge deck up to ladder rungs. A complete canvas bridge surround keep you out of the weather. Three Captains chair are provided, and the view is panoramic. Instruments are well laid out.
You enter the salon from the aft deck descending 3 carpeted stairs to the newly done carpeted floor. To port is a convertible sofa/sleeper. Blinds will adjust to keep out the bright sun and give privacy for the very large side windows. The lower steering station if on the starboard side of the salon. Aft and down to port is the aft cabin. Forward and down is the galley to port which features a full size Norcold refrigerator with Freezer above, 3 burner electric range with oven, microwave, lots of counter space and storage, a large s/s sink, and large opening port for ventilation.

Bottom was redone. Blister repair, Interprotect 3000 then fresh bottom paint.

Tracy has sailed for over 30 years. As a former winner at Youngstown Level Regatta, he met Don Finkle and built a relationship that lead to his position at RCR. In addition to sailing, Tracy has a USCG Master’s Captain’s License. He considers himself lucky to have turned my avocation into his vocation. As a founding member of Sail Erie helped shape the group of sailors with common interests focused on cruising and educational activities in the Greater Erie area. Tracy joined RCR Yachts in late 2001 and helped open RCR Erie in the spring of 2002. Since then he has enjoyed building our Erie office as a successful part of Erie and our regions boating community. Hundreds of boats, both power and sail have been sold from this office and their owners have joined the RCR Family of owners. We continue to focus our efforts to making the buying and boating experience a good one for our customers.
